Value is not code.
Most IT teams think in commits and tasks. That is inventory, not outcome. Until a product is used, the work is not done.

Andrey Putin — entrepreneur
I build systems where people stop pretending to work.
Co-founder of KT.Team, Circulera, and Osno-va. I break old work models and assemble new ones: small strong teams, AI at the core, full responsibility for outcomes.
01 · Manifesto
Most IT teams think in commits and tasks. That is inventory, not outcome. Until a product is used, the work is not done.
If explaining the model takes three slides, the model is not assembled. If a project needs ten roles, the system is broken.
Three to seven people with engineering thinking can deliver what burns out teams of fifty. Less coordination, more delivery.
No one-off deals. Every project must either create recurring flow or become the foundation for a product that does.
02 · How I work
Find the contradiction. Not the symptom, the cause.
Turn the new norm into a simple formula.
Assemble the smallest group that can carry it.
Reduce involvement. The system continues without me.
03 · Businesses
Five active loops. One main front and four at different stages of maturity.
Rebuilding the company so developers own the whole workflow and the CEO becomes AI. The case becomes the product.
Infrastructure for packaging that disappears in soil and sea without industrial composting. Launching in Bahrain and KSA.
Management accounting without surviving the audit. Financial clarity for mid-sized businesses.
Embedding AI into engineering processes of enterprise teams: not tool usage, but systematic change in development.
1,500+ incidents per month, 20+ projects, 35+ engineers. A strong model, but not my main front.
04 · Family
Family is not a separate brand. It is the context where everything else gets tested.
My wife Jacklin is a stand-up comedian, Black, the mother of our children, and the person beside whom my “I think” gets tested against “what is actually happening.”
Five children means five different people, each requiring a separate relationship. That is my growth area, not my achievement badge.
These photos come from iCloud Favorites: alive, family-first, and not staged as a public showroom.
05 · For partners
Not subordinates, not an entourage, not an audience. Three types of people.
Circulera needs production, distribution, and contracts in GCC and Africa. KT.Team needs enterprise clients for AI-native transformation.
I am moving from “building businesses” toward “owning assets” and want to learn from people who see deals as investors, not operators.
Equals. People whose problems are bigger or more precise than mine, and with whom growth comes through honest questions.
06 · Speaking
Not publicity for its own sake. Only when the audience is ready to change its operating model.
07 · Contact
If what you read landed somewhere real, write. If it is about a specific partnership, name the business and region in the first line.
